1. Introduction to system functions
The universal functional tester is a functional test platform with an industrial computer as the control core. It integrates a standard GPIB interface, a multi-channel programmable waveform generator, programmable I/O channels and data acquisition modules, which can meet the requirements to the greatest extent. The user collects and tests the analog/digital signal data of various circuits under test, and then conducts qualitative or quantitative analysis through the system software. In addition, through the GPIB interface, any device that conforms to the GPIB interface standard can also be connected to the system, which provides unlimited expandable space in terms of functions, and the flexible and simple man-machine dialogue interface greatly facilitates the use of users.

(1) There are 12 programmable waveform generators (sine wave, triangle wave, square wave), each waveform generator divided into 4 outputs.

(3) There are 288 programmable digital IO ports, one for every 8 bits Input or output unit;

(5) It can provide ±5v, ±15v, ±22v, ±27v, +9v working power, and each power supply is controlled by software to output.
