Pipeline notebook keyboard visual tester
This visual tester is designed for the production line of notebook computers, and can be used in various production lines similar to notebook computer production environments that need to detect the appearance of products.
The functions and performance indicators used for laptop detection are described as follows:
1. Function:
Detect the keyboard surface of the notebook computer: wrong keys, crooked keys, poor printing, surface scratches, misplaced labels, incorrect angles of labels, etc.
2. Performance:
1. Detection speed: detection time <= 4S; line speed can reach 500mm/S.
2. Detection accuracy: a single 5 million pixel color high-speed industrial camera, corresponding to a detection area of 400 × 280 (corresponding to a 17" computer), with an image resolution of 0.11mm;
3. System stability: the actual production straight-through rate is 98%; continuous trouble-free working time MTBF>10000 hours;
4. Label angle measurement accuracy: 0.1 degrees;
5. The creation time of new data is less than 10 minutes, and the modification time of similar templates is less than 2 minutes.
3. Features:
1. Single-camera dual-camera technology to obtain higher performance at lower cost. Expandable to 4 cameras.
2. The equipment can be freely dispatched and used between lines of the same height, and the flexibility can meet the needs of the factory.
3. The introduction of the equipment does not require any modification to the original wire body, and it is easy to use (as long as the wire body flows at a constant speed), and there are two types of structures available: under-line type and line-side type.
4. Pipeline photography, offline programming, easy to use and efficient.
5. It can be connected to the factory MIS system, and the detection data can be switched online by the MIS system command to meet the mixed production of various products.
6. The result report in both graphic and tabular form makes the operator clear at a glance.
7. Compatible with two flow directions of the pipeline.
4. On- site usage video .
