2. Device function
1. The equipment can realize online transmission (reasonable connection with the front and rear processes), the track width and the camera can be adjusted according to the customer's product, with automatic receiving, transmission and positioning functions
2. The equipment can identify, detect, judge and mark faulty parts according to the customer's fault judgment standards.
3. The equipment can switch between PCB boards of various sizes and specifications , and the switching time is ≤ 5 minutes.
3. Workflow:
1. After the initialization process is over, the product begins to flow through the device. When the movement is in place after photoelectric.
2. At this time, all light sources are turned on. After the GOI software reads the in-position signal, it starts to wait for the test.
3. The product continues to move forward, when it moves to the photoelectric position. The PLC triggers the camera to take pictures.
4. After taking pictures, GOI reads the pictures from the camera and starts processing.
5. When the processing is completed, the GOOD/NG result will be issued before the product reaches the NG station photoelectricity .
6. At this time, the light source delay time is up, and the light source is turned off.
7. When the product moves to the photoelectric position of the NG station, if it is NG , the robotic arm will start to grab the NG product; if it is GOOD, it will continue to move downstream.
