3. Performance and characteristics
1 . Flatness/pin position/residual glue detection
Detection principle:
(1) Detect whether the PIN is skewed: by detecting the distance between the three PIN needles and the distance between the three PIN needles to the center of the bottom surface, the accuracy range is (±0.08mm).
(2) Flatness detection: Detect the height error between the three PINs and the datum plane. The difference between the three PIN needles of the product relative to the datum plane is within ±0.08mm, which is a good product, and vice versa.
(3) Residual glue detection: Take pictures at medium and low angles, use the sliding window to lock the position of the residual glue, and then judge by comparing the binarized images.
2 . Taping machine scanning code / angle direction detection
Detection principle:
(1) Scan code: scan the code and upload the data to the MES system, and judge whether the work order and process are mixed through MES;
(2) Detection of product direction: The product has three directions. When it is misplaced by 120°, it will report an error. At the same time, it can take into account whether the label is skewed, and the skew detection accuracy is ±20°.
3 . high-pressure test
Detection principle:
High-voltage test: After the high-voltage equipment detects the product, GOI reads the high-voltage test result, GOI scans the code, matches the high-voltage result and the scan code result and uploads it to the MES system, and the MES judges whether it has passed the station.
