This product is an embedded functional tooling and embedded ICT designed for manufacturers of mobile phone flex boards and other circuit boards. This product mainly provides a set of simple ICT control system (including 1 signal source board, 2 switch boards, and one power supply) integrated into the structural tooling to realize static and dynamic testing of circuit boards. The test steps of the product such as open and short circuit/component editing are completed before the equipment leaves the factory. It is a special test for the customer's board under test. A set of equipment can only test one type of circuit board.

1. Good compatibility: all mainstream ICT models in the market are compatible and convertible with the fixtures (needle beds) and programs.
2. The four-pin test technology is adopted, which eliminates the lead resistance and probe contact resistance, and the resistance measurement accuracy is higher.
