Smart Water and Heat Meter ICT/FCT Test System

   Adopt 6001 standard cabinet form.

 

 

2. Device function description

 

The device has synchronous test function of ICT and FCT. The FCT test can also be performed on its own. First perform the ICT test. When the ICT test is correct, place the board on the FCT, and simultaneously place the ICT position on the board under test. After the needle bed is pressed down, the ICT and FCT can be tested in parallel. The position of the FCT can be tested in parallel with multiple impositions, which greatly reduces the test time.

 

ICT test content includes:

1. Open and short circuit test;

2. Resistance test: test range: 200~27M;

3. Capacitance test: test range: 12pF~47uF;

4. Diode test;

5. Tertiary tube test.

FCT test content:

 

   1. Program writing

 

I. The chip model is 430

II. The write interface is JTAG

III. Program automatic burning

IV, the chip model is 4064ZC

V, write port logic write port

VI, logical write use manual control write mode.

 

2. Parameter placement

I. Parameter placement through the communication port, the following two communication methods are provided

i. Infrared communication

ii.MBUS bus communication

iii.485 bus communication

II. The function of parameter implantation according to the detailed communication protocol provided by the customer, or the communication dynamic link library and the detailed interface description.

 

3. The current test of the whole machine

I. The board to be tested is powered by a 3.6V battery or powered by a function

II. Test battery working current

III. Current test range: 10uA~2mA

IV. Current test accuracy requirements: ±3uA

 

4. Voltage test

I. Each panel has up to 6 voltage test points

II, the voltage range is less than 3.6V

III. Voltage test accuracy requirements: ±3%

 

5. Waveform test

I. There are up to 6 waveform test points per panel, which can automatically judge whether the waveform is good or bad;

II. The maximum frequency of the waveform is 1MHZ

III. It can read the window signal time and the delay time of the post-stage signal, etc.

Block Diagram Description

 

1. PC:

The core of the test system runs ICT software and FCT software, and tests the side panel; realizes the functions of editing, debugging and saving test files, displaying and saving test results;

 

2. SRC IO card

Communication interface between PC and ICT and FCT;

 

3. ICT signal board:

SRC8001 standard signal source board, realize the test function of ICT;

 

4. ICT switch board:

SRC8001 standard CMOS switch board, realize the channel selection function of ICT test;

 

5. Digital oscilloscope:

Tektronix digital oscilloscope is connected to PC through USB; it realizes the acquisition function of voltage signal and waveform signal on the side panel;

 

6. Signal acquisition switch board:

Realize the function of switching the channel switch between the oscilloscope and the point to be side;

 

7. Special function board

Generate 3.6V working voltage signal;

Realize the function of working current acquisition;

Provide switch MBUS channel;

Provide digital IO channels;

 

8. Programmer

Realize the program writing of the MCU chip (MSP430) on the test board;

Realize the program writing of the MCU chip (4064ZC) on the test board;

 

9. Programming switch board

Galaxy customization, realize the switch control between the programmer signal and the side panel;

 

10. ICT channel switch board

Used to disconnect the ICT test channel;

 

11. MBUS fixing plate

Used to fix the MBUS module;

 

12. Infrared sensor module

For infrared communication with the board under test

 

13. Barcode Scanner

Symbol barcode scanner, realize barcode scanning of the circuit board to be tested;

 

14. Pneumatic pressing tool

SRC8001 comes standard with a pneumatic pressing tool to realize the pressing control of the needle bed;

 

15. Needle bed

According to the customization of the circuit board to be tested, the physical connection between the board to be tested and the test equipment is realized;
