Even SMIC gave a very high evaluation, saying that this is the only domestic equipment supplier with a replacement rate of 100%.

In addition, not only SMIC, but also the large production lines of chip manufacturing giants such as TSMC, UMC, and Huahong Hongli have already used the 200mm polishing equipment of electric equipment, and even in the 8-inch chemical mechanical polishing equipment market, electric equipment has been Recovered 70% of the market share.

Of course, chemical mechanical polishing equipment is not a particularly core equipment, but as long as it can achieve domestic substitution, it is also good news. After all, there are dozens of semiconductor equipment, and any one must be broken.
