Dual core online tester D8
SRC D8 ICT is a dual-core ICT product developed by our company on the basis of SRC8001 ICT .
In terms of hardware, D8 uses a set of pneumatic pressing tools, a cabinet, and a control board frame, and is equipped with two sets of signal boards and channel boards in the control board frame.
On the PC software, the multi-thread technology is used to test two sets of circuit boards at the same time. Greatly improved the detection speed. The theoretical detection speed is increased by 100 %.
In practice, due to the operator's time for picking and placing the board, the actual production efficiency cannot be improved by 100 %, but only by about 40 %.
Taking a double-split, the detection time of each 200 -point circuit board takes 4 seconds, and the pick-and-place board time takes 3 seconds to calculate:
The original total detection time is 4 + 3 = 7 seconds. After adopting the dual-core structure, the total detection time is 2 + 3 = 5 seconds. Improve efficiency 7/5-1=40%.
It can be seen from the above calculation that if the circuit board is larger and more complex, the detection time of the single board will be longer, and the dual-core structure will be more advantageous.
The following are the features of D8 (other features are the same as SRC8001 ):
1. It can detect two sets of the same board or two sets of different boards at the same time.
2. When there are no two sets of boards to be tested at the same time, it can also be used as a single system (channel boards can be used in combination).
