Product Introduction:
The rotary dual-station GOI visual inspection system is designed specifically for applications such as LCD displays and automotive center consoles, where manual loading and unloading are required alongside demanding efficiency standards. It can be used to inspect a wide range of products that demand both high surface-quality accuracy and enhanced operational efficiency.
Detection items for LCD monitor testing:

Performance metrics for LCD display testing:
a) Image Resolution: Equipped with four 5-megapixel cameras, the system achieves a resolution of 60 µm when inspecting a maximum screen area of 300 × 240, and 30 µm for a maximum screen area of 150 × 120.
b) Detection time: With a 4-camera setup at 5-megapixel resolution, it takes about 4 seconds per frame; with a single-camera setup, it takes approximately 1 second per frame.
c) It can detect monochromatic defects in individual pixels on the screen being tested.
d) The product's first-pass yield exceeds 95%.
e) Capable of detecting scratches as thin as a single pixel.
