The desktop GOI product is designed for inspecting electronic devices with display functions, such as home appliances, remote controls, and calculators, and can also be used for basic surface inspection applications.
The device features a simple design and is easy to use, making it the ideal choice for boosting efficiency and reducing labor costs on electronic production lines.
Device features:
1. Visual system-based identification of the displayed status on LED or digital LCD screens, followed by functional testing of customer products according to user-defined inspection criteria.
2. The visual software can communicate with standard hardware boards or user-defined boards, enabling state control of the board under test. The sequence and duration of state control can be flexibly programmed.
3. As long as the camera's field of view is large enough, multiple items under test can be detected simultaneously.
4. Automatically detects and determines the results—no manual intervention required.
5. Capable of simultaneously testing electrical parameters such as current, voltage, and continuity.
Equipment Performance:
1. Up to 4 color industrial cameras, each with a resolution of up to 5 µm and 5-megapixel capability, can be configured.
2. Each inspection frame (one state) requires less than 1 second for detection.
3. For cases where the switching time between states is uncertain, you can use the wait function to pause for a specified duration—ensuring that the system correctly transitions to the desired state as soon as it appears.
4. The power supply for the board under test can be flexibly configured according to actual needs.
5. Configurable probe press with a maximum board area of 530 × 450 mm; larger sizes available upon request.
