1 .Flatness/Needle Position/Residual Adhesive Detection


Detection principle:
⑴ Checking for PIN skewness: Measure the distances between each pair of three PIN pins, as well as the distance from each PIN pin to the center of the bottom circle, with a precision tolerance of ±0.08 mm.
(2) Flatness Inspection: This test checks the height error between the three PINs and the reference plane. A product is considered good if the difference in height of its three PIN pins relative to the reference plane is within ±0.08 mm; otherwise, it’s classified as defective.
⑶ Residue Detection: Capture mid-angle and low-angle images, use a sliding window to precisely locate residual adhesive areas, and then perform judgment by comparing binarized images.
2 .Tape-and-reel machine barcode scanning/angle orientation detection


Detection principle:
