Equipment Description:
VS100 The Type Vacuum Welding Furnace is our company's latest model of vacuum welding equipment, designed for the mass production of high-power devices such as IGBTs. Components with high welding requirements, such as modules, power control boards, and high-power LEDs, can effectively reduce the void rate on the device's soldering surfaces.
Technical Performance Overview
1) Welding temperature: VS100 The actual maximum welding temperature of the vacuum welding furnace is ≤400°C.
2) Vacuum Level: Equipped with a mechanical oil pump (high-speed rotary vane vacuum pump, 40 L/min) ), with a maximum vacuum level of within 10 Pa.
3) Effective Welding Area: 510mm x 400mm x 200mm
4 ) Heating Method: Alloy Heating Platform: Featuring a metal alloy heating plate, this is an integrated heating and cooling platform with temperature uniformity across each layer maintained within ±3%. 。
5 ) Heating rate: Alloy heating platform: Maximum heating rate of 40 K/min 。
6 ) Cooling Rate: The alloy heating platform can be directly water-cooled with an integrated chiller, ensuring rapid temperature reduction—capable of achieving the fastest cooling rate of up to 50 K/min. (Ranging up to 150 degrees Celsius).
7 ) Meet the requirements for soft soldering alloys (≤400 Welding requirements for ℃).
For example: Au80Sn20 Preformed alloy solder pastes such as solder preforms, SAC305 solder preforms, Sn63Pb37 solder preforms, and Sn90Sb10 solder preforms, along with various solder pastes of different compositions.
8 ) Welding porosity meets: VS ≤ 100 The vacuum welding furnace features a vacuum chamber design, which effectively reduces porosity on the weld surface, keeping the porosity rate below or equal to 3%.
9 ) Capable of welding without the use of flux, meeting the requirement for flux-free soldering; the solder used is an alloy solder strip.
10 ) Temperature control accuracy: VS100 The vacuum welding furnace features temperature-control technology patented by Tongzhi Technology, with a temperature control accuracy of ±2°C.
11 ) Each heating plate simultaneously monitors and provides feedback on 3 Temperature at each point: The VS100 vacuum welding furnace chamber is equipped as standard with one set of temperature control sensors and two sets of temperature-measuring sensors per heating plate layer, enabling real-time feedback on the temperature of either the heater surface or the fixture surface. This ensures precise temperature control in the welding area, supporting the achievement of optimal process curves.
12 ) Chamber atmosphere environment: VS100 The vacuum welding furnace model can be filled with nitrogen or other inert gases to assist welding, and optionally, it can also be purged with formic acid (HCOOH) as a reducing atmosphere—catering to a variety of process requirements.
13 ) The cavity is equipped with an observation window for monitoring the device welding process inside.
14 ) VS100 The advanced vacuum reflow soldering machine features a software control system that allows users to freely configure various soldering process curves. The welding temperature curve can be set with up to 40 distinct temperature segments, ensuring precise temperature control throughout the heating phase. Additionally, the soldering process can be customized according to specific requirements, offering unlimited flexibility in defining process steps to meet even the most demanding application needs. The VS100’s software control system enables users to easily set, modify, store, and recall soldering process curves. During operation, the system continuously records the real-time process curve and automatically saves it, guaranteeing full traceability of the soldering procedure. Moreover, the software includes built-in analysis tools that allow users to examine the process curve in detail, extracting critical information such as heating, holding, and cooling phases.
