The equipment uses simultaneous detection from upper and lower cameras. Operators place products onto the designated inspection platform area, and once their hands leave the detection zone, the system automatically initiates the inspection process. At the end of the inspection, the system determines whether the product passes or fails based on the results and triggers distinct audible and visual alarms accordingly.
The operator manually removes the inspected product from the equipment and then places the next item to be tested in its position.
