After the complete mobile phones are packed into boxes, each box contains 10 phone units. On the side of each phone box, there’s a barcode. Using a camera to capture images, all barcodes are identified, and the weight of the entire box is read via serial communication. Finally, both the total box weight and the 10 barcodes are uploaded to the MES system.
