Device Function Description
The surface process inspection on the mobile phone final assembly line includes two key inspections: shell screen-printed logo detection and assembled component inspection.
Introduction to shell logo printing inspection: This process primarily checks whether the printed logos (including laser-engraved ones) are complete, ensuring there are no missing lines, errors, or blurry fonts. It also verifies that various labels—such as network access labels and 3C labels—are correctly applied without being misplaced, missing, or mixed up.
Assembly process component inspection primarily focuses on identifying missing components—such as screws, camera covers, labels, SD card slots, and antenna receivers—that are visually accessible from the rear panel after assembly is complete.
