This equipment is primarily used for functional testing of display panels found in calculators, air conditioners, TV remote controls, and small household appliances. During testing, it requires users to manually press buttons multiple times, and since the tests involve multiple display screens, operators must visually inspect each screen to identify products with display anomalies.
The operation can be performed either manually by human operators or automatically using a robotic arm. Once the items are picked up and placed, the equipment automatically initiates the testing process, simulating human hand movements to replicate key-press actions. A CCD camera captures images, which are then analyzed by the advanced GOI platform—a specialized image-processing software tool—enabling intelligent analysis of the images and eliminating the need for manual visual inspection.
The entire detection process is automated, rapid, intelligent, and standardized—ensuring consistent quality while enabling fast, standardized testing.
Since the entire inspection process is fully automated, one person can manage multiple devices, boosting efficiency while significantly reducing labor costs.
