Adopting the 6001 standard cabinet design.

II. Equipment Function Description
This device features synchronized testing capabilities for both ICT and FCT. It also allows for standalone FCT testing. First, the ICT test is performed; once the ICT test confirms proper functionality, the board is moved to the FCT station. At the same time, the ICT position is automatically aligned with the board under test, and after the needle bed is pressed down, both ICT and FCT can run in parallel. Additionally, the FCT station supports multi-board parallel testing, significantly reducing overall test time.
ICT test content includes:
1. Open-circuit and short-circuit tests;
2. Resistance Testing: Test Range: 200–27M;
3. Capacitance Testing: Test Range: 12 pF to 47 µF;
4. Diode testing;
5. Transistor testing.
6. For other test details, refer to the ICT testing functionality.
