This device is primarily used to calibrate the resolution of infrared breast diagnostic equipment, achieving detection accuracy as high as 1000 lines.
The infrared breast calibration equipment consists of an image resolution test card, an adjustable backlight source, a tripod, and a camera cable. It’s easy to assemble—anyone can complete the setup in under 10 minutes. All components fit neatly into a portable carry case equipped with a secure password lock, ensuring safety and reliability. The entire system weighs less than 9 kg, as shown in the image below.
The procedure is as follows: As shown in the figure above, use the infrared breast detector to capture an image of the calibration plate, which will appear on the monitor. Then, use the infrared breast calibration device to capture the display screen from the infrared breast detection system and adjust the display quality accordingly.

Artificial methods cannot detect the resolution of the infrared breast detection device. However, once the device is in use and properly assembled, its resolution can be calibrated within 10 seconds.
