Star River Circuit Board Optical Inspector Adds New (Dimension Measurement) Technology

Star River AOI has achieved significant breakthroughs in wave solder joint inspection technology, earning high recognition from customers.
Our company’s proprietary AOI product algorithm for detecting solder joint voids and measuring solder volume during reflow soldering (which does not rely on image comparison) has recently been validated through real-world production tests at home appliance manufacturers. The algorithm boasts features such as simple programming, high reliability, minimal false alarms, and zero missed detections—earning high praise from our customers. This breakthrough will significantly expand the application scope of our AOI products in PCB manufacturing, providing a powerful new inspection tool specifically tailored for circuit boards assembled using through-hole components. Our company's AOI fully automatic optical inspection system project has been officially approved by the Haidian Science and Technology Commission.
In April 2010, our company’s AOI Automated Optical Inspection System project was approved for a special fund grant from the Haidian District Science and Technology Commission.
