Product Description:
The mobile phone case visual inspection equipment is a device capable of capturing and analyzing visual information, designed for automation tasks that require "vision." It utilizes camera lenses and image processing to enable intelligent detection of individual cameras or specific areas. After sensors capture images of the inspected product, these images are sent to visual software, which compares them against reference samples and generates a conclusive result. If the product is deemed NG (Not Good), it is routed back to the loading station; if it passes inspection (OK), the system reads and uploads the barcode (including the back-stuck IMEI) of the inspected item into the manufacturing system. Notably, the equipment is equipped with the ability to simultaneously inspect both the front and back sides of the product.
