1. Basic Introduction
After the complete mobile phones are packed into boxes, each carton contains 10 phone boxes. On the side of each phone box, there’s a barcode. A camera captures images of these barcodes, automatically recognizing all of them. Then, the system reads the total weight of the entire carton via the serial port, and finally uploads both the carton’s weight and the 10 associated barcodes to the MES system.

3. Instructions for Use
1. Turn on the device's power, launch the GOI software, and adjust the light source to prepare for the detection process.
2. After the equipment is packed, personnel manually place the items to be tested onto the equipment carrier.
3. Press the test button to perform weight detection and visual surface inspection.
4. If the result is NG, the buzzer will sound an alarm, and the operator should manually remove the item under test or repeat the test.
5. If the processing result is GOOD, the system will automatically send the barcode and weight to the MES system, after which the printer will output the barcode information.
6. Manually affix the barcode to the cardboard box. Once the barcode is securely attached, place the product back onto the equipment carrier and press the "Compare Button" to verify accuracy.
7. If correct, the detection is complete.
