I. Equipment Function Description
This device is primarily designed for PCBs. Products undergoing online inspection in the conformal coating application area typically exhibit defects such as missed coatings, over-spraying, and paint splatter on protective components. These products can be positioned either before the curing oven (at the wet-film station) or after (at the dry-film station), allowing for simultaneous testing of both sides. The process relies primarily on the visual analysis of distinct color characteristics produced by the conformal coating under UV light. Key inspection items include:

The operation method is as follows: Place it on the customer's production line, allow the product under test to flow into the inspection equipment, move to the designated photoelectric position, and then trigger the upper and lower CCDs. The camera captures signals to take photos, and a professional image analysis platform—GOI—is available. The platform performs intelligent image analysis, replacing manual visual inspection. It then sorts parts into GOOD and NG categories before dispensing them.
The entire detection process is automated, rapid, intelligent, and standardized—ensuring consistent quality while enabling fast, standardized testing.
Since the entire inspection process is fully automated, one person can manage multiple devices, boosting efficiency while significantly reducing labor costs.
