(1) Inspect the screen-printed LOGO for misalignment within 15 lines of silk (0.15 mm), checking in five directions: front, back, left, right, and top.
(2) Check for the presence of screen printing and any defects (broken lines);
(3) Detection false positive rate below 5%;
2. Product Workflow:
(1) After the device initialization process is complete, press the "Test" button to activate the working mode.
(2) The product travels through the inspection equipment once it reaches the in-position photoelectric sensor.
(3) The camera captures images triggered externally, and once the GOI software detects the position signal, it retrieves the image from the camera and proceeds with the test.
(4) The product continues moving forward, and the GOI software sends out the test results.
(5) The product moves to the NG pick-up station. If the test result is NG, the robotic arm activates to grab and remove the defective item. If the test result is PASS, the product continues moving downstream.
