3. Modular Design: Both in software and hardware design, we’ve adopted a modular approach and included预留 of expansion interfaces for both components. This enables us to swiftly develop customized software and hardware extension modules whenever customers have new testing requirements, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Additionally, if a customer’s equipment requires functional upgrades, they can simply swap in different hardware modules—eliminating the need to purchase an entirely new system, thus saving time and costs.
2. It features a table-based programming interface (similar to the format of inspection process documents used on-site), making it easy to create test steps and allowing you to freely adjust their sequence, as well as flexibly combine test timing and logical relationships.
3. Modular Design: During both software and hardware design, we’ve adopted a modular approach and included预留 of expansion interfaces for both components. This allows us to quickly develop customized software and hardware extension modules whenever customers have new testing requirements, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Additionally, if a customer’s equipment requires functional upgrades, they can simply swap in different hardware modules—no need to purchase an entirely new system, saving time and costs.
4. Universal Design: During both software and hardware design, we’ve carefully considered versatility. As long as the performance of the hardware configured in the tester falls within its specified range, customers can easily swap out different products under test—simply by replacing the corresponding test fixtures and loading the appropriate test files—to carry out the testing process seamlessly.
5. Scalable Design: The equipment can be flexibly expanded to incorporate additional external instruments (or plug-in boards). Devices equipped with RS232, RS485, GPIB, or TEK-VISA interface capabilities can be seamlessly integrated into the system at any time. Additionally, the system can dynamically load software libraries from other instruments, enabling the integration of third-party instruments or devices—provided they come with compatible software libraries—into the FCT system.
6. Equipped with automatic full-function testing and manual single-step test selection capabilities, as well as step-by-step loop testing functionality, making it easy for customer engineers to debug the board under test.
7. When a specified defect is detected on the circuit board under test (e.g., a power short circuit), the system automatically halts the test to protect both the board and the testing equipment, preventing the fault from escalating. The system offers four optional test or interruption modes: "Immediately Stop All Tests," "Stop Current Test," "Repeated Testing at Fault Point," and "User-Selected Single-Step Test."
8. The system features a self-check module that can perform diagnostics on equipment interconnection devices, cables, signal sources, I/O channels, AD/DA converters, amplifiers, filters, power supplies, external instruments, and pneumatic devices—enabling precise fault localization down to the specific component or location.
9. Utilizing database management facilitates easy data access, storage, and statistical analysis. All test data and results are stored in the database, which also comes with built-in software for analyzing test outcomes. This software allows seamless access to the database, making it simple to perform comprehensive statistics on the test results.
10. Universal MES interface functionality for seamless data import into the MES system. By utilizing a unified MES interface, customers only need to perform simple setup on the MES side—specifically, defining the storage procedure for receiving data—to effortlessly transmit test results directly into their own MES systems, enabling centralized and efficient data management.
11. Can be used in conjunction with the ICT system for parallel or serial testing; however, if an ICT test error occurs, FCT testing can be skipped.
