01 , G101 Universal Visual Inspector
Primarily detects missing or misaligned components on circuit boards, as well as reversed polarity in capacitors.
Suitable for mobile phone aesthetics, pad designs, small circuit board inspection, and more.
02、 SRC8001 Online Tester
The main detectable manufacturing defects include :
1 • Component failures: Over-tolerance or damage to components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, and integrated circuits.
2 • Welding defects: Bridging or soldering omissions occurring after wave soldering or reflow soldering during PCB assembly and fabrication.
3 • Component (or component placement) errors: Missing, reversed, or misplaced components during PCB assembly and manufacturing.
4 • PCB Fault: Open or broken copper traces on the PCB board
03、 MINI EF02 Modular Universal Functional Testing Platform
1 Each functional board is equipped with a high-speed microcontroller for rapid operation, stable testing, and excellent compatibility.
2 • It adopts a tabular programming interface (similar to the inspection process document format used on-site), making it easy to create test steps and allowing you to freely adjust the sequence of test steps, as well as flexibly combine test timing and logical relationships.
3 – Universal Design: During hardware design, we’ve carefully considered versatility. As long as the performance metrics of the hardware configured in the tester fall within the specified range, customers can easily swap out different products under test by simply replacing the corresponding test fixtures and loading the appropriate test files—enabling seamless testing across a variety of devices.
4 A single software suite can simultaneously control multiple hardware systems, enabling parallel testing and significantly boosting test efficiency.
04、 G412 Color Box Inspection Equipment
The primary inspection checks whether the printed logos on phones and tablets (including laser engraving) are complete, as well as verifies the network access license for any missing strokes, errors, or blurry fonts.
1 It supports two operational modes: online mode (automatic connection with front-end and back-end equipment) and offline mode (manual loading and unloading of materials).
2 It features a variety of light source combinations with adjustable brightness and angle, compatible with multiple products and manufacturing processes.
3 • The width of the entry and exit points can be freely adjusted to accommodate products of different sizes.
4 Equipped with top and bottom cameras, it can simultaneously inspect both the upper and lower surfaces.
5 • Automatic barcode and QR code recognition integrated with the production MES system.
6 • Automatically sorts PASS/NG products and triggers an audible and visual alarm.
