● Supports multiple materials and full compatibility, with no blind spots in character recognition. It can accurately identify characters, Chinese characters, letters and number combinations, and handle various packaging material varieties (background colors: white, red, yellow, blue, silver, green, brown, etc.; date printing formats are diverse) with ease.
● Dual-mode of dynamic and static, further enhancing production efficiency. Supports both static precise detection and dynamic high-speed detection (movement speed ≤ 273mm/s), combined with a detection efficiency of ≥ 55pcs/min, meeting the real-time quality control requirements of high-speed production lines and reducing the cost of manual re-inspection.
● Precise positioning, avoiding misjudgment: The intelligent algorithm is used to lock the detection area (100×63mm), automatically identifying the deviation of character positions, and eliminating the quality risks caused by out-of-range printing.
