Dear Customer:
Hello everyone! Thanks to your continued strong support over the years, our company has been able to grow steadily. On behalf of our team, we’d like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our valued customers!
To enhance the stability and accuracy of our company’s online testing system, meet the diverse testing needs of our users, and align with the current advancements in electronic components, we are introducing a technical upgrade to the CMOS B1126 switch board used in our SRC8001 system and the CMOS B612C switch board used in the SRC6001 system. The upgraded boards will now all be standardized as the CMOS B112 V8.0 switch board, which features the following key characteristics:
1. Stability
1. Each switching chip is equipped with a bypass capacitor to enhance its ability to withstand power supply interference, ensuring greater circuit stability.
2. An automatic capacitor discharge function has been added. During the needle bed's downward movement, once the probe makes contact with a test point on the board under test, the internal shorting feature of the switchboard instantly discharges all test points. This significantly reduces the impact of un-discharged capacitors on the switchboard.
II. Accuracy
1. During signal source calibration, the system with parallel capacitors achieved a reduction of 6% to 12% compared to the original version using the same number of switch boards, enabling more accurate testing of pF-level small capacitors.
2. The 15 standard resistors and 9 standard capacitors can be tested correctly without adding any delay.
3. Versatility
Previously, devices with model 8001 could only use the CMOS B1126 switch board, while devices with model 6001 were limited to the CMOS B612C switch board. Now, the new CMOS B112 V8.0 switch board is compatible with both 8001 and 6001 devices.
4. Aesthetics
The original 5V M4A5-64/32-10JC chip was replaced with a 3.3V LC4064 chip, eliminating the need for the M4A5-64/32-10JC chip socket. Additionally, an SPX1117M3-33 power module and a 74LS85 chip were added. All capacitors, diodes, and IC sockets were also converted to surface-mount components, making the switch board easier and more convenient to use while enhancing its overall sleek and tidy appearance.
Special reminder: The new and old switchboards cannot be used interchangeably on the same machine—production and sales of the older version have already been discontinued.
Thank you once again to all our customers for your support and cooperation with our company’s efforts! If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call—our service hotline is 400-819-8001.
