Our company’s pioneering GOI appearance inspection equipment—what exactly is its biggest advantage?
Our company’s GOI boasts several key advantages: 1. It offers flexible control over external circuits, seamlessly integrating electronic and visual inspection processes. 2. Built on a PC-based application platform, it enables seamless information exchange with customers’ production line MIS systems. 3. Featuring a fully proprietary software platform, we deliver "ready-to-use" product-level solutions—rather than modular visual components that require customers to assemble themselves. In addition to the software platform, our GOI products also provide comprehensive, automated end-to-end solutions.

What auxiliary instruments can be added to a circuit board functional tester?
The more instruments and meters you have, the more complex your testing system becomes—and the greater the potential for interference among them. Instruments that can be added to the system include: a programmer (J-Link), a benchtop multimeter, programmable power supplies (AC and DC), programmable electronic loads (DC), a power meter, a logic analyzer, a spectrum analyzer, and many others. In fact, any instrument capable of being automatically controlled via serial ports, USB ports, or interfaces like 485 and CAN can seamlessly integrate into our functional test system. Currently, our company’s FCT equipment supports devices connected through communication protocols such as RS232/RS485, CAN, GPIB, TEK-VISA, and VISA interfaces.
General-purpose visual inspection equipment is highly favored by the market.
Since its market debut in March 2012, our company’s General Optical Inspection (GOI) product has been successfully deployed across multiple industries, including automotive electronics (such as car dashboards, multimedia systems, and fuse boxes), home appliances, laptops, automated lithium-battery production lines, and flat-panel displays. As labor costs continue to rise domestically, automated inspection equipment is gaining increasing attention from customers. Our GOI solution not only excels in image recognition but also delivers advanced capabilities like measurement, positioning, counting, and solder-joint detection. Additionally, it enables seamless automatic control of external devices and can even integrate with electrical testing systems, allowing for comprehensive electrical and visual inspections of the tested objects. As a result, GOI offers a significantly higher level of automation and efficiency compared to standalone inspection tools, earning widespread acclaim from our valued customers.

Star River Circuit Board Optical Inspection Equipment Solves Challenges in Defective Material Removal and Tin Bead Detection
Material drop and solder beads are common defects in PCBA production, significantly impacting product quality. Our company’s AOI algorithm employs a comprehensive detection method that combines image comparison with advanced image feature analysis, effectively resolving the trade-off between true defect detection and false alarms. This approach ensures accurate identification of foreign objects at any (visible) location across the entire board, while keeping the misclassification rate for "multiple defects" below 0.1%. As a result, this technology is now at an internationally advanced level.
