Instruments that can be added to the system include: a programmer (J-Link), a benchtop multimeter, programmable power supplies (AC and DC), programmable electronic loads (DC), a power meter, a logic analyzer, a spectrum analyzer, and many others. In fact, any instrument capable of being automatically controlled via serial ports, USB ports, or interfaces like 485 and CAN can seamlessly integrate into our functional test system.
