The more instruments and meters there are, the more complex the testing system becomes—and the greater the potential for interference among them.
The instruments and meters that can be added to the system include: a programmer (J-Link), benchtop multimeter, programmable power supply (AC/DC), programmable electronic load (DC), power meter, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and more. In fact, any instrument capable of automated program control via interfaces such as serial port, USB, RS-485, or CAN can be integrated into our functional testing system.
Currently, our company's FCT equipment supports devices with communication protocols via interfaces such as RS232/RS485, CAN, GPIB, TEK-VISA, and VISA.
