GOI (General Optical Inspection), a machine vision inspection software platform independently developed by Beijing Xinghe Taishite Technology Co., Ltd., seamlessly integrates Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). Positioned as "universal + user-friendly," this "Universal Inspection Platform Software" is designed specifically for end-users, enabling immediate deployment without the need for secondary development—simply plug it in and start using it right away.
GOI visual inspection software integrates a variety of standard, general-purpose algorithms, as well as advanced AI-based techniques such as intelligent weight analysis and specialized algorithms for LCD screen detection. These features enable the software to automatically learn from data and, based on its findings, accurately identify and classify quality anomalies. Currently, the software is widely used across industries including home appliance manufacturing, automotive electronics, mobile phone production, and mechanical engineering.
In 2018, we successfully joined the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's initiative titled "Key Tasks for Innovation in the Next-Generation AI Industry," aiming to integrate more advanced AI algorithms into the GOI Universal Visual Inspection Platform. This will enable the platform to mimic human-like intelligent reasoning when detecting products with complex features—such as precisely identifying the "metal wires" embedded within intricate horizontal and vertical line patterns.
To better support Made in China 2025, in March 2018 we launched GOI, a free visual positioning software designed specifically for companies manufacturing automation equipment. Our goal is to enable GOI, the versatile visual inspection software, to make an even greater contribution to the "automation" and "smartization" of China's manufacturing industry!
