Our company is currently developing a versatile visual testing system that will be launched before the 2012 Spring Festival. This system supports multi-camera imaging and incorporates advanced algorithmic logic, enabling features such as image comparison, feature analysis, parameter measurement (e.g., angles, lengths, areas), shape recognition, OCR, barcode scanning, and dynamic debugging. It’s designed for a wide range of applications, including visual inspection of complex dashboards, automated visual sorting of components, quality control of pharmaceuticals and food products, and virtually any scenario where visual detection is required. The system is easy to use yet packed with powerful functionality, offering seamless support for external communication as well as input/output via touch interfaces. Additionally, captured inspection images can be archived and categorized for efficient statistical analysis. What’s more, the system’s robust visual module can be effortlessly integrated into other software platforms, allowing customers to quickly implement cutting-edge visual capabilities tailored to their specific needs.
This system has been successfully implemented in an automated automotive instrument testing device and is also being used for film inspection and button-testing products. For detailed application examples, please refer to "
