Our company has been granted an exclusive patent—Patent No. ZL200910236019.5—for a specialized technology used in our AOI system: "A Method for Detecting Component Similarity on PCB Boards." This innovative technique differs from conventional image-based comparison methods (such as image modeling) and outperforms even advanced foreign color-scale analysis approaches. Built upon advanced image feature algorithms, this technology is remarkably user-friendly—it doesn’t require operators to deeply understand the underlying principles of image algorithms, making it easy to implement. It automatically identifies and establishes key image features, significantly speeding up AOI programming while ensuring highly stable testing results, minimizing false alarms, and eliminating missed detections altogether.
This technology has been successfully applied to our company's AOI and GOI products.
